There are 3 types of camps to choose from depending on the type of coaching you are looking for and level of the athletes; Basic, Advanced, Specialty.
Each camp is 3 days with training from 8:00am - 12:00pm and then again from 1:30pm - 5:00pm.
Camps are kept at 40 athletes max. so that each and every athlete has the opportunity to spend quality time with Camp Staff. This small group work ensures that each athlete is getting the high level of coaching necessary for successful acquisition of skills.
Coaches are highly encouraged to participate with their athletes. This is to ensure that both, the coach and athlete, are learning the "basics" correctly so that advanced skills can be developed!

Camp 2: Advanced
A "Basic" Boot Camp is ideal for, but not limited to USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic level athletes.
An "Advanced" Boot Camp is ideal for, but not limited to USA Gymnastics TOPs and HOPES athletes.
An added bonus of attending any one of the three camps is that athletes and coaches are taught the National Team Warm-Up!

Goals for Boot Camps
For any one of the camps, the cost is $650.00 per athlete.
There is a $250.00 required, non-refundable, deposit due when camp dates are confirmed and finalized.
Final payment is due 1 (one) week prior to camp.

If you would prefer to focus on a particular event (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor) and/or a particular area such as conditioning, dance, or flexibility, just let us know and we can work with you on designing a camp that will best benefit you and your athletes!
